GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK



When we have a long to-do list, it can be tempting to stay stuck in one place, working non-stop. Get up, move around every hour, close your eyes. Inhale through your nose, counting to 4, bringing your stomach up. Pause for 1 second and, while slowly counting to 4, exhale gently through your mouth, letting your belly slowly descend. Take time to eat. Use the break to relax or enjoy the last few days of good weather by taking a walk.
