LEARN TO RELAX AND ENJOY YOURSELF
Relaxation is a skill, not an automatic behavior. Try meditating, doing yoga, and listening to music. Relaxing music can lower blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety. upbeat tunes can help you relax, breathe deeply, Meditate, and imagine things, take a long walk, watch a comedy, read a good book or light some candles, find out what foods you like best, etc. And remember: we all need fun and leisure!
